One important Wix setting

There's one part of this that is just as important as the wording of the policy.

Because you're using Google Analytics, you should make sure your Wix cookie consent mechanism actually prevents the non-essential analytics technology from being set until the visitor accepts it. Simply having a privacy-policy page saying "we use Google Analytics" isn't enough. The ICO specifically says consent must be an active, informed choice and that non-essential cookies shouldn't be set before consent.

So your website should effectively give visitors something like:

We use cookies

We use essential cookies to make our website work. With your permission, we also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our website and improve it.
