Service Description
Christmas Wreath-Making Workshop — Hosted at Your Venue, Guided by My Expertise. I'll join you this festive season for a hands-on, creative workshop where you'll learn to craft your very own beautiful, all-natural Christmas wreath. PLEASE CONTACT ME TO BOOK, booking through the website is unavailable. This helps us prepare materials and ensure everyone has the space and support they need for the workshop. Each participant will be provided with: A 10" wreath ring A pair of secateurs A selection of natural, seasonal materials Guided step-by-step, you'll learn traditional binding techniques to design a stunning, personalised wreath – perfect for your front door or as a handmade gift. Planning Your Booking Please ensure enough space is available for your group. Each participant will need approximately 1 metre of table space, so be sure to clear chairs or other obstructions where necessary. If you have any questions about space, materials, or group bookings, feel free to contact us before booking. Special Offer – Book Early! Book before October 31st and you'll receive a FREE glass of prosecco OR FREE fairy lights for each participant. Booking & Deposits A deposit is required to secure your date, payable online at the time of booking. Please refer to our [Terms & Conditions] for details. Let’s Get Crafting! Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Wreath-Making Workshop Bookings – IMBUEcreation By booking a wreath-making workshop with IMBUEcreation, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Booking & Payment A deposit is required to secure your booking. This is payable via PayPal at the time of booking, please contact Sophie, email imbue.elt@gmail.com The remaining balance is due on the day of the workshop, payable by cash. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. 2. Deposits Are Non-Refundable All deposits are strictly non-refundable. This applies to cancellations, no-shows, or changes in personal circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to someone else. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. 3. Rescheduling Rescheduling may be possible with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Short-notice cancellations (less than 7 days) will result in loss of the deposit and may not be rescheduled. 4. Group & Private Bookings Group bookings require one person to act as the main contact and be responsible for the deposit. The same non-refundable deposit and payment on the day terms apply to group and private sessions. Final participant numbers must be confirmed at least 5 days before the workshop. 5. If We Need to Cancel In the unlikely event IMBUEcreation needs to cancel a workshop (e.g., due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered: A new date, A credit for a future session, or A full refund of any payments made (including deposit). 6. Photography & Media Use By booking a place on this course, you consent to photographs being taken during the session, which may include participants, their creations, and the event environment. These images may be used for promotional purposes on my website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in any photos, please inform me in writing prior to the event so your preferences can be respected. Participants are more than welcome – and encouraged – to take their own photos during the session to capture their creations and the festive fun! Questions or Changes?
